The organization I chose is Sims Metal it is the organization in which Jessica my friend works in. Although I think is a great company there is room for improvement. The Company has a lot of different locations and thousands of employees with good reviews and should be kept that way if possible. The area in my plan is to track the turnover rate and find out why is it happening so much. A high turnover rate means that many of the employees more than what’s expected are quitting or have quit the organization. One of the main causes of employee turnover includes stress, demographic factors, and job-related aspects such as the level of routine and promotional chances.
